테세락(Tesseract)이라는 물리력을 벗어난 세계를 통해 장소로부터 환기 되는 개인의 기억들의 불규칙한 리듬성에 주목한 작업이다. 장소, 공간, 그 안에서 벌어지는 관계들. 미약하게 벌어진 시간의 틈 사이로 배겨진 특정한 기억들은 소환과 소멸을 반복한다. 8개의 자폐적인 움직임을 반복하는 조형물들은 지도상 머물렀던 장소들의 위치에 놓여 있다. 중심기둥을 제외한 7개의 기계장치 구조물들은 모두 1초에 한번 씩 쉬어가는 회전운동의 범주 안에 있다. 회전운동으로 일괄되는 운동성은 개인적 사건들을 통해 느낀 심리적인 속도감을 알고리즘(Algorithm)으로 만든 산물이다. 여기서 속도는 시간이며, 시간은 기억이다. 수산물 시장에서 본 파리 쫓는 기계에서 아이디어를 얻은 본 작업은 수산물을 보호하기 위해 다른 대상의 접근을 금지하는 배타적인 성격에 주목하고 있다.

This work focuses on the irregular rhythm of individual memories ventilated from a place through a world beyond the physics of tesseracts. It explores the dynamics of places, spaces, and the relationships unfolding within them. Specific memories delicately nestled within the crevices of time summon and vanish repeatedly. Sculptural forms repeating eight autistic movements are positioned at locations where they once resided on the map. Apart from the central pillar, the seven mechanized structural forms all lie within the realm of rotational movement, pausing once every second. The uniformity of rotational movement, derived algorithmically from personal events, encapsulates the psychological velocity felt through individual experiences. Here, velocity equates to time, and time equates to memory. Inspired by a machine chasing flies in a seafood market, this work observes the exclusive nature of machines designed to protect seafood by prohibiting the access of other subjects.
